I have opinions. Like it or not.

Ever wonder… ?

  • if you are willing to turn your life upside down for someone, would you appreciate them less and blame them more at a later stage in life?
  • if you ever stop loving/caring for someone, even after they aren’t really yours anymore?
  • if waiting for people to have epiphanies of realization is better than taking their lives in your hands and setting things straight for them?
  • if time erodes relationships?
  • if being impulsive and living in the moment and making things happen is better than calculating and contemplating and waiting for things to happen to you?
  • if being with someone can change you so much that their absence in your life is noticeable to all and sundry?
  • if your past has the ability to haunt you forever?

  1. at times, i do… and here’s my 10 paise
    – yes.
    – no. it’s not contractual…
    – dunno. i don’t have d patience for realization to dawn, tho…
    – depends on d relationship.
    – i think it is.
    – don’t know, can’t say… never wondered.
    – i have selective memory, so, no.

  2. Dammit, I was going to do a reply like the one above..

  3. I knew you had the potential, now you’ve shown it! All you have to do is come up with some more questions, think about the answers and write a 300 page book. Link them together using a fictional story, so it can sell as both fiction and non-fiction. True, there will be some people who will hold the opinion that you are bullshitting, but you dont care about them anyway. The majority will like it, and you will become a best selling author overnight. And get rich. Then you can pay me royalty for the idea.

  4. Forgot to mention this, but you shouldn’t think too deeply about the answers, otherwise the ideas might become inaccessible to the readers.

  5. SEV: don’t be mad at me, plz… ^_^

  6. No, I’m not mad. I now wish that I had given an answer like Sailesh’s. πŸ˜›

  7. hmm… throwing caution to the winds, i see… πŸ˜›

  8. aww geez.. now, don’t sit & sulk and stop blogging! πŸ˜›
    me still love ur blog…

  9. As long as you took the decision to turn your life upside down out of your own free will, you will not double guess yourself later. External pressure in your decisions invites regret.

I think a small piece of that love remains forever lodged in your heart. Someday the realization will come, that this isn’t such a bad thing after all.

Give people their time and their space. How would you feel if someone came and painted your wall red just because she thought the colour suits your living room? Okay, bad metaphor, but you get the general idea.

Time erodes relationships… I abstain on that one.

Be as impulsive or calculating as is your own nature. Just be yourself.

Of course the change will be noticeable. Don’t worry about it.

Some things from the past will end up haunting you forever, but you will learn to live with it.

Is this where you tell me all those questions were rhetorical? Hard luck, friend. I talk too much. Can’t be helped.
